Co-location is an opportunity to rent rack space in Athena’s data centre for your own servers, so you avoid large up-front investments in infrastructure like fire proofing, internet connections, UPS systems, diesel generators, access control, etc.
Co-location also makes it easy to expand when you need more space and capacity. We guarantee high accessibility, ample bandwidth and 24/7/365 data centre monitoring.
Athena offers a number of add-on services with co-location solutions, including hardware rental, firewall administration, and monitoring of servers and services.

The temperature and humidity controlled building is of course protected against crashes, hacking, viruses, fire, and flood. If a crisis should occur, there are emergency power generators and fire-fighting equipment – that will not destroy your data.
In fact, our hosting centre is located in the heart of a former National Bank cash depot – 10 metres under ground and behind a five tonne steel door. We have access to the fastest internet lines in Denmark, so we can promise you high speed connections with swift response times. |
